Returns Policy

Any claims for shortages or damaged items will only be accepted if received in writing within 48hrs of the delivery date. On receipt of this notification, we will conduct a full investigation before informing you of the outcome. We will require photographic evidence for any damages.

After the investigation is concluded we will inform you of our decision whether you need to return the items or we can arrange a credit. 

Any refund for the return parcel costs will be at the discretion of Cosmetics with Chantell.

Returns and damaged Products

Return of Products

  • Customers are entitled to return Products for any reason within 28 days from receiving them, provided that the customer shall (a) inform Cosmetics with Chantell  and (b) shall ship the Products back all in their original packaging and with no harm.
  • In such case, Cosmetics with Chantell will refund the Customer the amount paid by them directly for the returned Products and Cosmetics with Chantell will add this amount minus agreed packaging and postage charges to the Customers current deposit, upon receipt of the returned goods in its original packaging and undamaged/unopened. The customer will be responsible for any return costs.

Undelivered Orders

  • If the customer fails to collect their order from a collection point, or if the customer address is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to Cosmetics with Chantell.
  • In this instance, only the value of product(s) supplied will be refunded MINUS the return postage costs incurred by Cosmetics with Chantell.

All orders are fully trackable and you will be informed of the tracking number after the order is dispatched.

If there is an issue with delivery, or you fail to collect the goods in time when it is awaiting collection, there will be a return charge.

It is your responsibility to check the tracking status.

All products are 100% original and sourced from the leading European Wholesalers. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in its full original packaging, via Cosmetics with Chantell, for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the Customer all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £3. (If postage is paid) If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be, the product will be returned to the Customer and a charge of £3 will be applied to the account for postage and repackaging.

Please be aware that WE WILL NOT issue a refund if any product(s) have been unsealed, opened, tested and used.
